Shipping, Returns, & Warranty

U.S Domestic Shipping
We ship UPS Ground to the contiguous U.S. If an order exceeds 150 lbs, it will be delivered via freight.

Please allow 1 business day for processing on all orders before your order ships.

We offer a standard shipping rate which takes 3-7 business days from processing to delivery.

Saturdays and Sundays are not considered shipping/delivery days. They do not count towards processing and transit timelines.

P.O. Box & Military Shipping
We do not ship to postal office (P.O.) boxes or military addresses at this time.

Barebones covers a 90-day return policy from the date of delivery. Note that this return policy only applies to products purchased directly from costco.barebonesliving.com. If purchased elsewhere, please contact the retailer/distributor and follow their return policy.

How To Start A Return
Contact our customer service team by emailing support@barebonesliving.com or calling us at (801) 649-3088.

Email must include the following; or have ready when you call:
• Costco Next Barebones Order Number
• Purchase date
• List of requested return item(s)

The customer service team will assign a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and provide a UPS shipping label.

Please include the weight and dimensions of the return box (if different than the original) in your email exchange. We recommend returning products in the original box to reduce waste.

How To Ship Your Return
Print your return shipping label. Completely remove the old label from the original box, and tape the new label to the outside using clear packing tape. Item(s) must be dropped at a local UPS location.

Refunds will be processed after item(s) are returned to the shipping facility and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on the used payment method.

Exchanges
We don’t currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place another order and follow the returns process for the original order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item
We recommend inspecting your item once received. If a product is determined to be damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect, contact our customer service team by emailing support@barebonesliving.com or calling us at (801) 649-3088.

Barebones’ products purchased directly from Barebones or an authorized Barebones distributor are covered by either a 2-year limited warranty or a limited lifetime warranty. Warranty information is located under “Warranty” on each product page. Third-party products (those not produced by Barebones) are not covered by the warranties listed below. For third-party product warranty information, please reach out to the respective party.

2-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use, proper care, and maintenance of the product. Barebones will provide a replacement or item of equivalent value for any part or product found to be defective.

This warranty shall be void if the product is not used, assembled, or operated in accordance with the operation instructions provided; the product is resold or traded to another owner; components or accessories not compatible with the product have been used, or the user has abused or otherwise failed to maintain the product.

Warranty is void two years after purchase date.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use, proper care and maintenance of the product. Barebones will provide a replacement or item of equivalent value for any part or product found to be defective.

This warranty shall be void if the product is not used, assembled, or operated in accordance with the operation instructions provided; the product is resold or traded to another owner; components or accessories not compatible with the product have been used, or the user has abused or otherwise failed to maintain the product.

Barebones may require proof of purchase to process a warranty claim.
